Three tiers. No hidden per-document fees, no metered storage charge. Seats are what you pay for, and viewers don't count as one (see below).

Viewers are always free. Adding someone as a viewer (or downgrading a seated member to viewer) never consumes a seat. Only member/admin (editing) roles count against your seat limit, and role changes between seated roles never consume a new seat either. Share a document with your whole company for review without paying for it.
FAQ
Does an agent (Claude, etc.) take a seat?
No. Agent principals are never org members and never consume a seat. They authenticate with a scoped API token (read/suggest/edit) instead.
What happens if we go over our seat limit?
Inviting or promoting a member past your plan's seat count is blocked at invite time. Nothing is silently overcharged or downgraded.
Can we self-host?
Yes. reph runs standalone via Docker Compose; see the onboarding guide. Enterprise self-hosted deployments are handled directly, so contact sales.
